Currently, when playing in hi-def, I think Gears of War has the best graphics of any 360 game. After seeing some screenshots and video gameplay, I have to think that Mass Effect is going to blow GoW out of the water graphically. The characters look so real it's frightening.

The graphics for Mass Effect definitely look amazing but it will be really hard to beat the graphics shown in Gears of War running on Unreal Engine 3. But I am not going to get my hopes down because the screenshots look unbelievable.

Exactly, like i wrote in another thread, i was first sceptical. Moreover gow is my favourite xbox360 game. At the moment it is a neck-and-neck race. I'll have to wait until i can play the game to make the final decision.
